The main purpose for this part of the Yaxley RC website is to support everyone that runs for us, whether you are a new runner that needs advice on what to do.

There will be training plans that can help bring it all together especially if you are planning a race in the future, or just wishing to improve and need to train safely.

Running routes will also be available together with there distances.

This site will take some time in developing, so please be patient and any ideas, training plans, routes would be welcome.
