Wednesday night is the timed mile, 7pm start on Four Chimneys Crescent, by the Lakes, Get there for 6.45 for warm up.
Thursday run is from Regional Pool, 6.30 for 6.45 pm, 6-7 miles.
Monday is a Head Torch run through Crown Lakes, slow and steady social jog. Bring head torch if owned!
29th December, Folksworth Invite, distances varied, 10am, and CAKE after!
And for the madder ones, London marathon rejection slips to Gavin ASAP, as the club will be drawing a ballot for the Club place and the Marshalling places. For information, the club receives a number of places for providing marshalls for the Marathon. The draw will be on the 19th December.
Finally, we have a free place for the Milton Keynes Marathon, which the committee have decided will be balloted amongst ALL club members if interested. If interested please email Gav by the 15th.
